Instructions to FCC Form 499-A
Instructions to FCC Form 499-Q
Purpose of this Submission: This submission is being made for proposed non-substantive revisions to an existing information collection pursuant to 44 U.S.C. § 3507.
The Commission received OMB approval for the non-substantive change made to the instructions for FCC Forms 499-A and 499-Q.
However, it was detected that the documents still had track changes and highlighted text which appeared on the documents that were uploaded in ROCIS. With this submission, we are uploading “clean” versions of the FCC form instructions so that OMB has the correct versions in their ROCIS system.
