JUSTIFICATION FOR CHANGES TO RI 92-22
Form RI 92-22 has been revised to show the year 2013 and the exempt amount of earnings which, if exceeded, will cause OPM to reduce the FERS Annuity Supplement by one dollar for every two dollars earned by the annuitant. In addition, TTY information was added.
