Passenger Cars
2-dr.	Rated separately for front, side, and rollover
4-dr.	Rated separately for front, side, and rollover
Hatch Back	5 dr. - Same rating as applicable 4-dr for front, side, and rollover 3-dr. - Same rating as applicable 2-dr for front, side, and rollover
Station Wagon	Same rating as applicable 4 door for front, side, and rollover
Convertible	Rated separately for frontal and side Rollover – same rating as applicable 2 door version
ESC	Not a factor in rating passenger cars.
Pickups
2 dr. & Extended Cab	Front, side, and rollover – extended cab and 2 dr. cab have the same rating
4 dr. (Full-size doors)	Extended cab & 4 dr. cab rated separately for front and side Rollover – extended cab and 4 dr. cab have the same rating
2WD/4WD	Front, side - 2 WD/4WD have the same rating Rollover - Both Statically tested. 4WD dynamically tested. If no tip, result imputed to 2WD. If tip, 2WD version dynamically tested.
ESC	Non-ESC version dynamically tested. If no tip, result imputed to ESC version. If tip, ESC version not rated.
SUVs
2WD/4WD	Front, side - 2 WD/4WD have the same rating Rollover - Both Statically tested. 2WD dynamically tested. If no tip, result imputed to 4WD. If tip, 4WD version dynamically tested
ESC	Rollover - Non-ESC version dynamically tested – result imputed to ESC version unless vehicle comes with ESC standard, then ESC version tested
Vans
8-12 Passenger	Front – 8-12 passenger van and cargo van the same Side – not rated Rollover - 8-12 passenger vans only - ratings based on SSF and dynamic test
15- passenger	Front – not rated Side – not rated Rollover – rated as required by SAFETEA-LU
Cargo (full sized van)	Front – 8-12 passenger van and cargo van the same Side – not rated Rollover – cargo vans not rated
Minivan	Passenger van - front, side, rollover tests conducted to determine ratings Cargo van – Front and side same as passenger van; rollover –not rated
2WD/4WD	Front, side – 2 WD/4WD have the same rating Rollover – 2WD/4WD rated separately
ESC	Non-ESC version dynamically tested – result imputed to ESC version unless vehicle comes with ESC standard, then ESC version tested
Engines
All	Front, side, rollover - Same rating as applicable to all engines and power sources.
