is estimated to average 5 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and

close of your inventory month or accounting period. Please mail this report not later than five days following the close of the reporting date in the
enclosed self-addressed postage-paid envelope. Information submitted will be consolidated and published in Market News Poultry and Egg Releases
once a month. Individual information will be kept confidential.
