I have concerns about the constitutionality of being tracked
and monitered. in 7 years of operating my own authority I
have seen much abuses of the rules already by the people
enforcing them and the agenecies trying to cover it up. I
would think the agencies enforcing the rules should be
examined first before adding more burden to the small
operators of buying more un needed equipment to fix a non
existant problem. I believe the fmsca is in need of down
sizing as they serve only the function of creating more
unneeded rules to justify it's existance. The interstate
commerce clause doesn't give the fmsca the right to invade
our privacy and violate constitutional rights. Companies will
always find ways to circumvent the rules the only ones to
suffer will be the little carriers. GO AWAY fmsca!
