Short Statement: The agency published Part 585 Subpart - K "Ejection Mitigation Phase-in Reporting Requirements" in 2011. The phase-in reporting requirements will start in 2013 and be completed in 2017. This is a new collection of information. As such, it requires a program change to add the estimated 1,260 hours for the new information collection to existing burden.
