convert his/her term insurance to a
permanent plan of insurance.

or receives compensation, pension or
dependency and indemnity
compensation benefits must report
changes in their entitlement factors.
Individual factors such as income,
marital status, and the beneficiary’s
number of dependents, may affect the
amount of benefit that he or she receives
or affect the right to receive such
benefits.
An agency may not conduct or
