Explanation of Non-Substantive Changes to OMB Control Number: 3060-0986:
Purpose of this Submission: This submission documents a non-substantive/non-material request for revisions to a recently approved revised information collection for OMB Control Number 3060-0986.
When the Notice of OMB Action (NOA) was issued from OMB’s ROCIS system, it was noted on page 2 of the NOA that the new FCC Form 481 and its title were missing from the appropriate columns. And, rule section 54.313(b) should read 54.313. This submission seeks to make these minor changes to this collection so that it is correct and accurate.
