The Contact Information Form and the
Pre-Qualification Request are used by the FDIC in the sale of
assets of failed depository institutions. The Contact Information
Form is used to identify the appropriate bidder contact person and
the Pre-Qualification Request is used to identify the types of
assets prospecctive bidders are interested in and to ensure
prospective bidders understand the terms and conditions of asset
sales.
