According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a valid OMB control number. The valid OMB control number for this information collection is 0581-0178. The time required to complete this information collection is estimated to average 5 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.

I agree to obtain from each person to whom any of the manufacturing grade substandard prunes listed under item 7 are delivered, an executed Prune Form No. 2 (Prunes-Section 8e Certification of Processor or Reseller) and to file the same with the Fruit and Vegetable Program, Agricultural Marketing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Washington, D.C. 20250, not later than the 5th day of the month following the month in which the prunes were delivered.
