This collection concerns detailed loan information regarding homeowners (mortgagors) and their FHA-Insured mortgage loan. The data and information is essential for managing HUD's programs and FHA's Mutual Mortgage Insurance Fund.

The annual numbers of delinquent, defaulted and foreclosed mortgage loans in the industry have increased significantly since the last PRA information collection report submitted under OMB Number 2502-0595. These increases are generally related to the state of the economy, and the state of the housing market, in particular the portfolio of delinquent, defaulted and foreclosed FHA-insured mortgages in the interim from 2010-2013. During that time, approximately the same number of servicers provides the information collected annually by the forms in this package, but for a much larger number of mortgages. The result is an increase in the total annual burden hours and an increase in the total annual costs to respondents.
