Non-substantive Change Request for Collection 3060-0804
The Commission is submitting this non-substantive change request to the Office of Management (OMB) for approval. The Commission inadvertently omitted some of the affected rules sections in ROCIS from its submission which was approved by OMB on August 22, 2013. However, the rule sections were included in the supporting statement. We simply made a data entry error in ROCIS. The Commission added the omitted rule sections in ROCIS with this non-substantive change request submission.
