Hi Brian,

I wanted to follow up with you on the PIA question for the next phase in the Palliative Care:
Conversations Matter campaign. A description of what we're planning is attached. We're modeling
this evaluation after the pilot campaign surveys. The pilot surveys were done to assess the
materials. Once the pilot period is over (this summer), the materials will be refined and then the
campaign and finalized materials will be officially launched (this fall). The proposed evaluation will
be done once the campaign is officially launched. Please let me know if a new PIA is needed or if I
can modify the existing one I have for the pilot campaign surveys.
