I. Project Description
Project Title:
Abstract:
The Husson College Occupational Therapy Department will develop the curriculum and
training materials for a certificate program in Assistive Technology (AT). The program's
target audience will be the broad range of health care practitioners who serve clients
who many benefit from AT and AT evaluations. The course will consist of five courses
and when completed will prepare graduates for certification as assistive technology
practitioners by the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of
North America (RESNA). Four of the five courses will also be available as individual
courses.
