Abstract: The burden contained in this information collection was allocated to OCC by OMB. This burden is attributable to CFPB Regs B (Equal Credit Opportunity), C (Home Mortgage Disclosure), E (Electronic Funds Transfer), M (Consumer Leasing), Z (Truth in Lending), and DD (Truth in Savings), and FRB Reg CC (Availability of Funds and Collection of Checks). The burden under this submission has been adjusted to remove the burden transferred to the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection under Dodd-Frank.
