The prior estimate of hour
burden was based on LPO estimates, without the benefit of
experience in this specific type of information collection. LPO's
current estimate is based on our experience with actual similar
prior collections, which were completed pursuant to the Paperwork
Reduction Act under the OMB control number 1910-5134. The
adjustments, therefore, reflect a more accurate estimate of the
hour burden.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
