IASP E-mail Requests for Survey Participation

Proposed E-mail #1: Sending out IASP Surveys for the first time:

The DoD IASP Program Office requests your participation in a survey providing feedback about IASP. We anticipate that it will take no more than 15 minutes of your time. Please be as honest and candid with your responses as possible – we want to use your comments and feedback to improve the program for future scholarship participants. All survey responses are anonymous. Participation in the survey is voluntary.

When you have completed the survey (attached to this e-mail) you can e-mail it back to: [email address] or send it to: [address]. Please send responses by [30 days from date this email is sent].

You recently received a survey asking for your evaluation and feedback about the DoD IASP. If you completed your survey, thank you and please disregard this reminder. If you have not yet completed the survey, please do so at this time. We anticipate that it will take no more than 15 minutes. All survey responses are anonymous. Participation in the survey is voluntary.

We are in the final stages of collecting feedback about the DoD IASP. Thank you to those of you who have completed the survey! We encourage those who have not yet completed the survey to do so – your (anonymous) feedback will directly contribute to the development and strengthening of the program for future participants. We anticipate that it will only take about 15 minutes. All survey responses are anonymous. Participation in the survey is voluntary.
