ACTION: Notice of Proposed Information
Collection; Request for comments for
1029–0024.
AGENCY:

In compliance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the
Office of Surface Mining Reclamation
and Enforcement (OSM) is announcing
that the information collection request
for the Procedures and Criteria for
Approval or Disapproval of State
Program Submissions, has been
forwarded to the Office of Management
and Budget (OMB) for review and
comment. The information collection
request describes the nature of the
information collection and the expected
burden and cost.
DATES: OMB has up to 60 days to
approve or disapprove the information
collection but may respond after 30
days. Therefore, public comments
should be submitted to OMB by March
20, 2014, in order to be assured of
consideration.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: OMB
regulations at 5 CFR part 1320, which
implement provisions of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104–13),
require that interested members of the
public and affected agencies have an
opportunity to comment on information
collection and recordkeeping activities
[see 5 CFR 1320.8(d)]. OSM has
submitted a request to OMB to renew its
approval of the collection of information
contained in 30 CFR Part 732 for
approving or disapproving state
program submissions. OSM is
requesting a 3-year term of approval for
the information collection activity.
An agency may not conduct or
sponsor, and a person is not required to
respond to, a collection of information
unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number. The OMB control
number for this collection of
information is 1029–0024 and is
referenced in § 732.10.
As required under 5 CFR 1320.8(d), a
Federal Register notice soliciting
comments on this collection of
information was published on
November 29, 2013 (78 FR 71642). No
comments were received. This notice
provides the public with an additional
30 days in which to comment on the
following information collection
activity:
Title: 30 CFR Part 732—Procedures
and Criteria for Approval or Disapproval
of State Program Submissions.
OMB Control Number: 1029–0024.
Summary: Part 732 establishes the
procedures and criteria for approval and
disapproval of State program
submissions. The information submitted
is used to evaluate whether State
regulatory authorities are meeting the
provisions of their approved programs.
Bureau Form Number: None.
Frequency of Collection: Once and
annually.
Description of Respondents: 24 State
and 4 Tribal regulatory authorities.
Total Annual Responses: 40.
Total Annual Burden Hours: 6,775.

ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:

The Commission hereby gives
notice that it will proceed with full
reviews pursuant to section 751(c)(5) of
the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C.
1675(c)(5)) to determine whether
revocation of the antidumping duty
orders on polyethylene terephthalate
film, sheet, and strip from Brazil, China,
and the United Arab Emirates would be
likely to lead to continuation or
recurrence of material injury within a
reasonably foreseeable time. A schedule
for the reviews will be established and
announced at a later date. For further
information concerning the conduct of
these reviews and rules of general
application, consult the Commission’s
Rules of Practice and Procedure, part
201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part
201), and part 207, subparts A, D, E, and
F (19 CFR part 207).
