The number of respondents has been updated to reflect information from the 2011 Plan Year, as reported on the Form 5500. In the previous submission, the Department updated its methodology in a manner that significantly increased the burden estimates. Upon reviewing the methodological changes, the Department has concluded that the updated methodology resulted in flawed estimates that significantly inflated the burden. As such, the Department has reverted back to the methodology used in submissions prior to 2010. This results in what the Department believes is a more accurate, and much lower, burden estimate.
