lines were added to report the sale price of taxable medical
devices (IRS No 136), Section 4191 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Also, Part II, (Form 720)2nd-qtr, 7 lines were added to provide for
the reporting and payment of the Patient Centered Outcomes Research
Fee (IRS No 133), Section 4375 and 4376 of the Internal Revenue
Code, which resulted in an increase of 112,575 burden hours.
