Subject:
public comment on federal register - gouging taxpayerss for waste
i do not support any communication on tobacco. tobacco use kills. yet our govt allows its sale. what are we communicating? the message on the pack says it has serious health problems. if it does, our govt shoudl prohbit its use. those who buy tobacco know it kills. this is just waste of gouging general taxpaeyrs for a non essential spending sprees. this is a total waste of american tax dollars. shut down this project. budget to zero. this comment is for the public record. please acknowledge receipt. jean public
