An information collection that
requires an annual and/or emergency call for information to
determine BOEM's future resource allocations, conduct environmental
analysis, and develop noncompetitive negotiated agreements
pertaining to sand, gravel, and shell coastal restoration or beach
nourishment projects.
With this renewal, we are
requesting a total of 200 burden hours. This represents a net
adjustment increase of 5 hours for changing the number of possibly
affected entities and a program increase of 100 hours for adding
the provision for an emergency call for information. Hurricane
Sandy demonstrated BOEM's need for accurate and timely information
following a natural disaster declaration. There are no non-hour
cost burdens.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
