The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), the Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation (OPRE), and the Office of Head Start (OHS) plan to conduct a study looking at the relationship shared between parents and their children’s early education teachers and child care providers. The results of this study will help teachers, child care providers, and policymakers improve children’s care and education.

We are writing to let you know that you may be contacted in a few weeks by Westat, the research firm that is collecting data for the project, to ask for your participation in the study. If you are contacted and agree to participate, we will give you $50 as a token of our appreciation for your help.
