Based on grantee feedback and lessons learned from implementation, we have made minor technical edits to the Program Review protocols that do not change the overall burden. The edits are detailed below:
Language:
Removed references to the Secretary Stocktake in the instructions for Part B. Stocktakes will be held with all grantees on an as needed basis.
Clarifications:
Part B: Clarified language in self-evaluations so grantees understand the basis for rating
Reduction:
Part C: Eliminated color rating because it did not provide new information
Addition:
LEA Protocol: Added one question to provide LEAs with an opportunity to share stories about how Race to the Top has impacted their LEA.
