AAA; Character. Allotment/Credit (A/C) Type. Enter the appropriate credit description code from the following list.


CC0: original credit

Sellers enter the credit description code which describes the credits as you had owned them.

Buyers Inter-company transactions must increment the credit description code to the next value; the value as you will own them. (e.g. if you purchased 10 CC0 credits, you will own them as 10 CC1 credits). Intra-company transactions are not incremented.

A. Inter-Company: Transfer of Credits from one company’s facility to another company’s facility.


Facility 12345 of company 1111 transfers 25000, 2004, credits which have been previously transfer once before (CC1) to facility 54321of company 2222 on October 25, 2005. Following are samples of GSF0200 -- Gasoline Sulfur Credit Transfer/Conversion Reports for the transaction described. Note that this transaction requires the incrementing of the credit type by the buyer.

2. Converting allotments into credits (2005 and later).


Company 1111 converts 10000, 2003, Type A original (AA0) allotments into credits assigned to facility 12345 on July 4, 2005. The company transaction is reported on a GSC0200 -- Gasoline


Sulfur Allotment Transfer/Conversion Report while the facility transaction is reported on a GSF0200

In addition to the GSF0200 and GSC0200 reports, the company and facility would also reflect the conversion of allotments into credits in the GSC0100, Gasoline Sulfur Allotment Banking Report and GSF0100, Gasoline Sulfur Credit Banking & Allotment Generation Report respectively. The banking reports, however, would report the net result of all transactions, by allotment/credit type and creation date, that took place over the entire averaging period.
