Notification to Project Directors

Dear RSVP Grantee:

We would like to notify you that JBS International will be contacting you soon to obtain a list of your RSVP volunteers for an exploratory study on volunteering. JBS is a research firm contracted by the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) for this study.

JBS will conduct telephone interviews with a sample of RSVP volunteers. The telephone survey is anonymous and the information will be kept private to the extent permitted by law.The results will be presented in summary form only. RSVP volunteers’ participation is voluntary.

JBS International will be using your list of RSVP volunteers to select a sample for the study. JBS will be asking you to provide the volunteer’s name, telephone number, and some information about the type of service they do. For large grantees with multiple volunteer stations, JBS will want to know how many stations you have and how many RSVP volunteers (approximately) serve at each station.
