2013	Examine enrollment of invited participants for Panels 2 and 3 and evaluate the effect of deployment and mental health conditions in response rates Evaluated nearly 350,000 invited subjects (from 2004-2008) of the Millennium Cohort Study for factors prior to invitation associated with study enrollment. Multivariable logistic regression was utilized, adjusting for demographic and other confounders, to determine the associations between both deployment experience and prior healthcare utilization with enrollment into the study. 2015	Conduct analysis evaluating non-response after initial enrollment (Panel 4) of invited participants for Panel 4 and the Family Study Evaluate nearly 270,000 invited subjects (from 2011-2013) of the Millennium Cohort Study and the Family Cohort Study for factors prior to invitation associated with study enrollment.
