public comment on federal register 

there are 50 states in this union and you are onlyallegedly helping 21 - why are 29 shut out?  nobody in the usa wants flouride pushed in their water supply. using that old oil product in this manner is harmful to health. this entire program should be shut down and defunded with a budget of zero. lets states do their own thing with this issue. employing fat cat do nothing bureaucrats in washington dc is a sure way to waste american tax dollars. this is a mythical program for most american citizens and most american citizens are excluded from ever getting any benefit out of it since you concentrate on minorities. this program is a myth. shut it down. cut the budget to zero. this comment is for the public record. please acknowledge receipt jean pubilc
