Dear Permit Holder:

We have received your application to fish for lobster with traps in Lobster Conservation Management Area(s) (insert OCC or 2). Your application is incomplete for the following reasons:

Qualifying year does not fall within the fishing years of May 1, 1999 to April 31, 2001 qualification period (for Area OCC);

Qualifying year does not fall within the fishing years of May 1, 2001 to April 31, 2003 qualification period (for Area 2);

Documentation for more than one qualifying year used to satisfy eligibility criteria for specified LCMA(s);

Insufficient documentation provided to substantiate the use of lobster traps in LCMAs OCC or 2 during the specified qualifying years (If an LCMA 2 fisher was incapable of fishing during the 2001-2003 fishing years, that individual could apply for a hardship that would allow them to use landings from 1999 and 2000 as the basis for qualification);

You did not complete the Lobster Trap Fishery Area Eligibility Application and Trap Allocation Affidavit Form certifying the number of traps historically fished by your vessel for the areas specified in your application;

Other as described here

Please provide the missing materials or information to the address below within 14 days of the date of this letter. Otherwise, your application will be invalid.
