Hello, my name is (name) and I’m calling from Lake Research Partners on behalf of FVAP, the Federal Voting Assistance Program which is part of the Department of Defense.

I am calling to invite you to participate in a research study FVAP is conducting around voting among U.S. citizens who are living overseas. This is a one-time discussion to discuss experiences with voting. Participation and responses will remain completely confidential and will be used only for the purposes of our research. You will be compensated $125 for your time.
