Patients Needed to Test a Survey Questionnaire - $50 Paid!!

RTI International, a not-for-profit research organization, is seeking patients of this health center to help test a survey questionnaire being developed by the Bureau of Primary Health Care as part of the Health Center Patient Survey.
We are looking for:
Adolescents 13-17 years of age
Parents of children 12 years of age and younger
Males and females 18 years of age and over
We are very interested in speaking with patients that primarily speak Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) – Interviews will be conducted these languages.
Participants will receive $50 cash for a 75 minute in-person interview.
Interviews can be conducted at the participant’s desired location (e.g., at this health center, home, or other locations such as a library or community center). All information provided will be kept private and not shared with the health center.
