Short Statement: The decrease in the burden hours (2,517 to 2,029) is due to a decrease in the number of mines. There was a decrease in costs ($4,659 to $4,212) that was also due to the decrease in mines, which correspondingly decreased the number of responses (reports and telephone and written responses).
