OSDBU to our stakcholders, ancl to solicit qualitative feedback on stakeholder perceptions,
experiences and expectations, provide an early waming of issues with service, or fbcus attention
on aïeas where communication, training or changes in operations might improve delivery

DESCRIPTION OF RIISPONDENTS:'I'he respondents are made up of representatives from
various Veterans' small business groups. Thesc groups at'e made up of Veteran small business
owners who have fonned organizations to advocate for Veteran-owned small businesses
(VOSB). All of the responclents have either personally used the services of OSDBU or represent
those who use the seruices.
