The Treasury Department’s
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
is removing from the List of Specially
Designated Nationals and Blocked
Persons (SDN List) the name of one
individual whose property and interests
in property have been unblocked
pursuant to Executive Order 13224 of
September 23, 2001, ‘‘Blocking Property
and Prohibiting Transactions With
Persons Who Commit, Threaten To
Commit, or Support Terrorism.’’
DATES: OFAC’s actions described in this
notice are effective November 26, 2014.

unblocked the property and interests in

Abstract: VA Form 27–2008 is used
for the sole purpose of gathering the
necessary information to determine
eligibility for issuance of a burial flag to
the next-of-kin or friend of a deceased
Veteran.
An agency may not conduct or
sponsor, and a person is not required to
respond to a collection of information
unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number. The Federal Register
Notice with a 60-day comment period
soliciting comments on this collection
of information was published on August
26, 2014, at page 50987.
