SUBJECT:

DMDC Review of Assessing Options for CONUS Domestic
Dependents Elementary and Secondary Schools (DODEA-RAND
Focus Groups/Interviews)

As requested, DMDC-HRSAP has reviewed the subject study protocol and its supporting
materials. The concerns raised in our review have been adequately addressed. We recommend
that the Assessing Options for CONUS Domestic Dependents Elementary and Secondary
Schools (DODEA-RAND Focus Groups/Interviews) be approved and licensed under DoDI
1100.13 and DoDI 8910.01, respectively.
DMDC’s recommendation for approval is not the final action required. The study
materials must also be reviewed by a DoD Privacy Office official, a Human Resource Protection
Program (HRPP) official, a Records Management official, a DoD CIO official, and the
Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) for approval and licensing under DoDI 8910.01.
