FNS will email the Regional Offices and include the State Agency Announcement and study brochure as attachments to their email

I am contacting you to notify you of the upcoming start of data collection for the WIC Nutrition Education Study (NEST), a 5-year study being conducted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS). Details about the study and the information our research partners, RTI International and Altarum Institute, will send State Agencies in about a week are attached.
