Dear Cohort PI [Insert Name]

The Cohort Consortium is seeking individuals to fill three slots on the Steering Committee and kindly ask that you select three names from the slate below that collectively represent the diversity of the cohorts that make up the Cohort Consortium, in terms of geographical distribution among other characteristics. According to the Bylaws, each cohort has only one ballot, which means that only one person can respond for each cohort.
