FCC Form 505 Instructions
Purpose of this Submission: This submission is being made for proposed non-substantive revisions to an existing information collection pursuant to 44 U.S.C. § 3507. This submission seeks to revise FCC Form 505 Instructions to reflect a change in filing instructions.
Summary of Proposed Revisions
Filing Instructions: The current docket number, “WC Docket No. 10-90”, will be revised to reflect the new docket number, “WC Docket No. 14-93”.
