No Associate (an officer, director, owner of more than 20 percent of the equity, or key employee) of the Applicant: 1) is presently subject to an indictment, criminal information, arraignment, or other means by which formal criminal charges are brought in any jurisdiction; 2) has been arrested in the past six months for any criminal offence; and 3) for any criminal offense—other than a minor vehicle violation—has ever been convicted, plead guilty, plead nolo contendere, been placed on pretrial diversion, or been placed on any form of parole or probation (including probation before judgment). No principal with a 50 percent or greater ownership interest in the applicant is more than 60 days delinquent in child support under the terms of any administrative order, court order, or repayment agreement. YES___NO___
