Justification for Non-Substantive Change

This is a request for OMB approval of edits to the existing International Import Certificate form.
The edits were requested by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and by the State Department. ATF has moved from the Treasury Department to the Department of Justice and would like this change to be reflected on the form. State no longer uses this form and would like references to State removed from the form. The letters from ATF and State requesting the changes and the revised form are included with this submission. Like the original form, the revised form is a fillable .pdf form.
There are no changes to the estimated respondents/responses/burden hours.
