TTB F 5150.22 is used to determine the
eligibility of the applicant to engage in certain operations
involving specially denatured spirits and tax-free alcohol. Among
other things, this form identifies the location of the premises and
helps to establish whether the premises are in conformity with
Federal laws and regulations.

There is an adjustment because
of an increase in the number of respondents applying for a permit
during this reporting period. Also, the number of ICs have been
changed from the 3, previously reported, to 2. We combined 2
affected publics into 1 IC and the 3rd remains in the 2nd IC.
