The Department has updated the
burden associated with the ICR based on updated filing projections
and previous year filings. A slight adjustment was also made to the
time per response to correct a calculation in the agency estimate.
The Form 1099-G remains the same and there are no additional
changes that will affect the burden. The adjustments made increased
the number of respondents by 21,264,600 and the burden hours by
7,629,830; for a total of 24,709,380 burden hours requested.
