Thank you for completing the MIST questionnaire and for agreeing to participate in this follow up interview. The
information you provide will help us to better understand your perspective and that of similar businesses. It will also assist
in the refinement to the microbusiness survey as we decide how to proceed in the future.
We would like to start with a few general questions, then later we’ll move on to ask about some particular items in the
questionnaire.
