The time for your final interview has come! Your voluntary participation has been key to the success of this study. The information collected will help improve WIC services for everyone.

Your last interview, when <<BABY FIRST NAME>> is about to turn 3 years old, is scheduled for <<START DATE>>. One of our interviewers will be calling you on <<START DATE>> to conduct this interview. The display on your phone when the interviewer calls will be 301-762-1940 or FEED MY BABY. We will be asking you for <<BABY FIRST NAME>>’s height and weight from <<BABY FIRST NAME>>’s last visit to the doctor. Please have this record available if you have it.

As a token of appreciation, you will receive $40 on your Payoneer debit card after completing the interview and an additional $10 if using your own cellphone.

You can also call our phone center after <<START DATE>> at (888) 783-6493 to complete the interview at your convenience.
