A facility must submit a separate Credit Banking & Allotment Generation Report for each credit type, by creation year, it possesses or possessed over a given averaging year. Also, report the generation of allotments by allotment type attributed to a specific facility. Early Allotment generation begins 2003.
















































* For allotment generation, only fields 8, 9, and 11 need to be reported. All other allotment banking should be reported on the Company Allotment Banking Report (Form GSC0100).

1. Credit Generation


Facility 12345 of company 1111 generates 10000 early credits in the 2000 averaging period. The credit generation would be reported as in the sample that follows.
