2 A list, in alphabetical order, containing the names and addresses, and the weight of raisins delivered, from August 1, 20___ through July 31, 20___, to the Cooperative Association by each such producer has been forwarded to the USDA’s Fruit and Vegetable Programs, California Marketing Field Office, under separate cover.

The time required to complete this information collection is estimated to average 20 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.
