Response Rate: 81% based on efficacy of peer-recruitment and anticipated willingness to participate among community members. Eating at least 12 meals in the previous year of locally caught fish is an eligibility requirement. Incremental Distribution: Interview - $25; Specimen collection and clinical assessments - $25. In a priority effort to maximize information collected, another $25 will be given as a token of thanks for those respondents who complete both IC phases.
