Other changes** In order to serve its clients better, HUD has made the following non material change On 2/24/14 HUD sent OMB the Affirmative Fair Housing Marking Plan (AFHMP) Guidance and Instructions (92243-PRA) for the Section 811 PRA Demonstration Program. After our 2/24/14 submission to OMB, HUD received feedback from FHEO and our thirteen Grantees, which is incorporated in tracked changes and attached to this Change Worksheet. In addition, an AFHMP Form was created for the Grantees to record their affirmative fair housing outreach activities and the Form will be submitted to HUD for approval. The Form is created solely from Section II of the AFHMP Instructions and should be included as an attachment to the Instructions. No new information is incorporated in the Form, other than what is submitted in the Instructions.
