The Rural Business-Cooperative Service updated the burden to accurately reflect the annual burden and associated costs for the Renewable Energy System Feasibility Study Grant Assistance under the Rural Energy for America Program. During the review of the final rule, the agency realized that the burden was undercounted for this grant program.
