Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Staff Satisfaction Survey

Service PCMH Leads,

I am attaching the shortened link to the new FY14 Primary Care Staff Satisfaction Survey. In 2011, the MHS Strategy Review and Analysis (MHS R&A) Group directed a primary care staff satisfaction survey be accomplished twice yearly; the R&A consists of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs, senior staff and the Service Surgeons General. The new MHS Primary Care Staff Satisfaction Survey has been shortened to twenty-one questions, selected by your Tri-Service PCMH leads, as a result of feedback from the first three surveys in Sep 2011, March 2012, and August 2013. The survey is estimated to take no more than ten minutes to complete.

Please encourage all active duty and government employee primary care staff members (family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, general primary care, flight/undersea/aviation medicine, warrior transition units and community based medical homes) to complete the survey by xxx. The results will be reported to the MHS R&A in xxx. Please remember that results will be completely anonymous and participation in the survey is voluntary. For your protection, only the overall results and open-ended comments are provided to TMA and the Service leads.
